Just made this, although I forgot to add the cider vinegar. But I did add some lemon juice. It was delicious!!! Couldn't find pita bread at my local grocery, but I used the generic store brand of pizza crusts. I will be making this again VERY soon!!!

These were delicious! I omitted the olives and didn't have a fresh tomato. I was using diced tomatoes with green chilis for another recipe and just set aside a bit of that to use instead. Otherwise, I followed the recipe. They turned out great!

My husband loved it. I used half the olives because he is not a abig fan of olives. It will definetly be part of our favorite healthy, quick and delicous meals.

These were a nice change from the norm! We opted to spread hummus on the pita bread as a "pizza sauce." Because of that, I omitted the vinegar and garlic. Thanks for the idea!

I really enjoyed this and it was simple to make too. I used regular black olive slices instead because I don't like the other kind and I accidentally left out the vinegar and it still tasted great. I would make it again like that.
