This is a great recipe, very simple and tasty for a quick lunch, but I think the vinegar overwhelmed this dish. I have made this dish with pesto sauce instead of the vinegar mixture and I think it goes better.

This is just great pizza advice for anybody! Whether you're making this or just regular pizza, try making the switch from the traditional sauce to tomato sauce. It really does make it taste A LOT better!

Worthy of ten stars due to its simplicity and use of healthy fats! I used kalamata olives and overly ripe cherry tomatoes. I loved the red wine vinegar. I had no idea that pita bread could make such a great crust--thanks for posting the recipe.

Delicious!!! I couldn't find some ingredients because I live in a small Croatian village, so I used tortillas instead of pita, kale instead of spinach, and no Parmesan, and it was STILL great!

So good and easy. I have a jar of olive bruschetta instead of olives, fresh basil. I didn't have spinach or parm, but that's okay.

Wow! Very tasty. I didn't have spinach so I skipped it. I also used regular pizza crust, the one's that you buy at the store. I still broiled them as stated. Very good!

hanks for this super-easy, wonderful recipe. made this for lunch today-it was so delish! i used onion pitas, arugula instead of spinach since i had that on hand and fresh basil leaves. also added a sprinking of red pepper flakes on top for some heat. the combination of flavors works really well, it was crunchy and satisfying. ready in a jiffy too!

Very good. Wouldn't have thought that pita bread would work so well as crust. For a base, we used sun dried tomato pesto, and we tried without the vinegar and really enjoyed.

This is really good. The flavor is just right. I used grape tomatos cut into halves or thirds and it turned out perfect. I left it open like the picture showed and ate like pizza. Yum - will make again!

We LOVED this! Used onion pita bread, kalamata olives and thawed out some frozen spinach. I added about 1/4 tsp. of dried mint leaves. Absolutely NO leftovers, thank YOU!
