OMG!!! This was really GOOD. I did change a few things. I used the Feta cheese with the Garlic and Herbs, and I used the canned Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper & Onion. I had the can of Artichoke in water already and I read other reviews about needing more flavor, that's why I got the seasoned Feta cheese, and then the seasoned Tomatoes. I only used like 3/4 of the Penne Pasta box. It turned out PERFECT!!! My 12 month old daughter ate it!!!!!!! I will be making this again.

Perhaps I set my expectations too high for this dish, but I was not impressed. I took a suggestion to use canned tomatoes, and I wish I would have just used fresh. Overall, it lacked something. I used the entire container of feta in an attempt to give it some kind of flavor. It has the potential to be good, if something is added.

I've made this twice because it sounds so good, but it's a little bland. I probably won't make it again. I tossed in some spaghetti sauce and it was better

The flavors of this dish were good - but I thought it was really dry. I even used 3 tomatoes instead of the one it called for. I also used more feta, a 3.5 oz package of reduced fat. I served it with balsamic vinegrette to sprinkle on the pasta, and to me that saved the dish. Just a 3 star for me.

This recipe is AMAZIIING!! the only tweak i made was i added marinated artichokes and crushed tomatoes and it was great! since i like my chicken with pasta liquidy i added extra crushed tomatoe and it was juuuuuuicy!! 5 stars aalll the way i would give 10 but there is no more hehe.

3stars as is, 4 stars with changes. Very easy to put together and great flavor combinations. Alterations: Halve the pasta. Use 1 can of diced tomatoes or 3 tomatoes (not nearly enough). And bump up the seasoning (but then I tend to like things with some fun flavors). Oh! the lemon juice is essential! Will definitely make again, Thanks!

Thanks for sharing! I made this last night and had some leftovers for lunch today. It's really quite good, though I didn't need to add so much lemon juice. I put in only half the suggested amount. Also, I think next time I cook this meal (and there will certainly be a next time!), I will add half the feta in the pan and the other half on the plates.

After tweaking the recipe a bit, I got it to a place where it tasted excellent! To make this recipe less dry, I did add a can of diced tomatoes with the juices and also I added some olive oil to the mixture at the end. Becuase it was kind of bland, it also helped to add Mr. Dash's Lemon zest spice . It really gave it the extra kick that it needed. I cooked it in with the chicken and added some to the mixture at the end as well. Next time I will add even more.
