Yum! And easy! I made some changes though: used whole wheat penne rigate, used olive oil instead of butter, used a can of barely drained diced tomatoes instead of chopped fresh tomato, threw in a little fresh spinach at the end, and I think I upped the lemon juice a bit. I also used chopped rotisserie chicken meat, which was really delicious here. Try it! It makes the meal so much quicker.

This is a quick and easy recipe. Take the other suggestions. Use a can of diced tomatoes slightly drained, add extra garlic and cook the onions with some of the marinade from the artichokes. I also added a dash of the marinade to the pasta noodles before I stirred them in. It is very good for an easy dish.

Loved it... I listened to what other commenters said, added marinated artichoke hearts, I put extra cheese in because we're big cheese fans. Definitley a winner!

This was good. I added some pasta water and the juice from the artichokes for some liquid...otherwise it would be dry. Yummy though.

This receipe was great. I would decrease the amount of pasta next time. I had a ton of leftovers.

Easy to make, but it was dry. If I make it again I will add some olive oil. The taste was good and the lemon gave it a little zest. Not a big hit with my family, but it's nice to try new recipes.

Great, simple recipe. I didn't add the artichokes and it was still delicious. Doubled the garlic, oregano, and feta.

Wonderful flavor!!!! I did take others suggestions and used a can of diced tomatoes istead of a whole tomato. I also used olive oil & some of the marinade from the artichokes to cook the onions, garlic and then added more of the marinade when I added the chicken. It gave it great flavor. I also seasoned the chicken before adding to skillet. If you find it still a little dry, add some of the water used to cooked the penne into the mixture. I didn't need to do this but the water used to cook pasta adds nice flavor and moisture to most pasta sauces. I also doubled the feta and saved half to top the pasta and used only 12 oz of pasta (MAKES PLENTY). My whole family LOVED this dish! It makes WAY more than 4 servings.

had to tweak it to give it a stronger flavor - doubled the garlic, added artichoke marinade, etc. - but it's a great recipe

This was great and I think shrimp would be a good substitue for the chicken!

This was very good. I didn't rate it as 5 stars because I am not a big fan of the bright, lemony flavor on pasta.

Very yummy! I added black olives and used diced canned tomatoes. Also 2 chicken breasts and 12 oz. penne was enough to feed 3-4 people.
