Every time I make this salad I'm asked for the recipe! I like using penne or farfalle instead of macaroni. I also use green olives instead of black, roasted red peppers instead of bell peppers and I add some sliced pepperoncinis. It's always a hit!!!

Alright recipe, a little on the sweet side with the sugar though (makes it taste more like pre-made Deli salad with the sugar). If you like your Greek Pasta Salad to be more sour than sweet, I'd recommend omitting the sugar and tomato, and adding pepperoncini's (to taste). I also used Penne instead of macaroni; I think it made the pasta salad a little more adult and professional that way... Overall, it was alright (at best). People not used to the sourness of traditional Greek Pasta Salad should definitely start with this recipe.

delicious! I also used less oil/vinegar (and even then, the pasta on the bottom of the bowl was pretty vinegar-y,) and I substituted artichoke hearts for some of the mushrooms-people loved that! And I didn't put any meat in.

Oh my Greek goodness! Nothing short of spectacular! Don't forget the pepperoni, it adds a nice peppery zing. I added 1 seeded and chopped cucumber and used EVOO in place of regular olive oil. Everything else as is! Perfecto!!

Great recipe! Added a little of this and that...red pepper flakes to give it a little kick and fresh basil and oregano instead of dried, some shaved Parmesan, left over Greek olive mix.. Didn't add any meat since I didn't have any.

Sorry, I was really disappointed. It was OK. My grandson liked it, but then he loves Suddenly Salad (which I should have made). I followed the directions exactly and left it in the fridge overnight. Won't make it again.

This salad was well received at a recent birthday dinner I prepared it for to compliment grilled burgers & fresh fruit salad. It made a very colorful presentation and was a fresh and healthy alternative to pasta salad with a mayonnaise dressing. I used a pasta with added fiber and added some blanched broccoli for additional color, texture and flavor, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly.

This is a big hit with our family and I have brought it to pot lucks at work with many compliments. Sometimes we use green olives in place of black for a twist. Excellent side dish!

This was fantastic! Made it the day before going camping to take along with us. Used turkey sausage, which tasted great and was a bit healthier. Lots of flavour and great looking too!

I tried this recipe and it came out great. I used penne rigate instead of elbow macaroni, substituted the green onion for a red onion, sliced the olives and left out the black pepper & pepperoni. I can't wait to see what it taste like after chilling over night.

Made this for my family, and they LOVED it! I added chopped artichoke and used a greek salad dressing with feta already mised into the dressing. It was VERY good. The salad NEEDS to sit for several hours before serving... The flavors are delicious!!!
