I too found that there was not much flavor. Next time, I will probably add some Greek dressing as recommended by other reviewers.

This is a great summer salad, absolutely delicious! My husband commented about how quickly I scarfed it down. I made some changes: basil instead of oregano, black pepper instead of lemon pepper, an extra tablespoon of lemon juice, an extra large tomato, only half an onion, and some balsamic vinegar to taste. Next time I make it I'll probably keep those changes except that I'll use even less onion and even more tomato. I think this recipe would be great without changes, too. It claims to make 6 servings, but those servings must be awfully big, because this makes a lot. I think I'd call it 8-10 servings.

This was a great idea! I used an orzo/quinoa/chick pea mix Trader Joe's sells (it's mostly orzo) as the base and a homemade Greek dressing.

I had high hopes for this salad, but it just wasn't for me. The pasta soaked up most of the dressing, so it was kind of dry and bland. Probably won't make again.

So easy and good! I was going to make some for myself, and some for my boyfriend, but instead, had this for two days in a row. I did replace the dressing with a pre-made oregano and feta dressing, but it was just delicious. Be careful to cook the orzo until just al dente! Otherwise you end up with mushy salad. Will make again, since it is so easy to modify.

I didn't like this very much. The dressing was too light...I couldn't even taste it. I went out and bought some Italian dressing and poured some of that in and it was a little better. Don't think I'll try this one again.

This one didn't have enough flavor with just the artichoke marinade and lemon alone. I omit the feta to keep it healthy and use white onions to keep the husband happy. But I had to add a vinaigrette dressing to make it more moist and zesty. Everyone liked it with the dressing, though.

I thought this was good, I even served it warm, however I only used one SMALL onion and my husband and I feel it overpowered the entire salad, maybe next time I would use 1/4 of a small onion or none at all.

Very Greek tasting. Makes a big bowl full. I used an English cucumber and two tomatoes seeded and the juice of half a lemon. I didn't have any red onion so I used half of a sweet onion and it was still very tastey. Mmm...

I made this recipe as written. I did have additional dressing on hand as recommended by other reviewers. It is a big winner in our house. There was no need to add the back up dressing. Only thing I can think that might have been different than others who thought it needed more was the brand of marinated artichoke hearts? Since that seems to be the dominant flavoring.

Instead of using the artichoke marinade. Use 6 tbsp olive oil, 5 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoon dried oregano
