Good marinade. Made it for a family BBQ and it went over very well. A few complaints that there was too much citrus, but I'm not a fan of lamb, so I liked that the citrus overpowered the meat.

This marinade was decent, but the lemon juice was rather overpowering. If I were to make it again, I would use substantially less and substitute it with something with a milder taste.

Great recipe! Zucchini is also a nice addition to the kabobs as well as portobella or even button mushrooms. Its all good !
