This recipe was easy! Unfortunately, I had to do without the orange zest and the lemon juice because I didn't have any on hand, but it still tasted good. I also increased the amount of cinnamon to 1 tsp. I agree with others who said that it tastes like baklava. I only used 3/4 of the syrup because I was worried that the cake would be soggy. The syrup was a little too sweet for my liking. Next time, I might reduce the amount of honey and sugar in half. This one is a keeper!
