Very good, I used a bunch of onion and garlic powder, and salt and pepper. We used an 8 pound chicken cut into pieces, threw the lemons in the pan after juicing them over the chicken and cooked at 425 for 20 min, then 45 min at 400 (This was one HUGE chicken.) Make sure to season it well with salt and pepper, that's key!

Very good! Only substitutions I made were dried herbs and concentrated lemon juice instead of fresh, and I pan-fried with olive oil instead of grilling.

Absolutely delicious! I added salt, mediterranean seasoning, 2 extra full sprigs of rosemary and 3 extra cloves of garlic to the chicken/marinade. I will definitely make this recipe again and again. My picky eater boyfriend loved it!

I marinated chicken legs in this marinade, and it was very, very good. The only thing I think it was missing was salt - but we added this once it was cooked, to taste. Very good recipe...and it didnt stick to the grill!

My family went crazy over this recipe! I let it marinade for about a day and a half and I used skinless boneless breasts. The only thing I would do differently is maybe salt the chicken before putting it in the marinade, it was almost a little bland, but everyone scarfed it down. And the next day they put it on a spinach salad and said it was to die for. I will definately make this one again, just add a little salt to it.

This was a huge hit with the kids and the spouse. Tangy, tasty. We marinated it overnight and the lemon juices practically cooked the chicken through, so we just popped on the grill for a few minutes for the finishing touch. Delicious!

This was good! I didn't use a whole chicken, but I used breasts for the two of us. Tasted great, easy to make. Letting it marinate makes a huge difference.

This is my family's favorite chicken recipe. I use boneless skinless chicken breasts. Also, for a quick dinner, I have substituted a 1 and half teaspoon of Italian seasoning (dried) with salt and pepper instead of the fresh herbs. Still a hit.

I was very dissapointed in the flavor of this. I marinated it for 2 days. For the amount of chicken called for, I would triple the amount of marinade. I will try it again to see if that helps.

This was pretty good. I served it on a salad and I think it might not be as good though served alone. Maybe more flavor.

I ran out of fresh rosemary so I used Cavenders greek seasoning in place of the spices and I did what Navy Mom did ....I put everything in a ziploc bag and then froze the chicken breasts. Served this with the Elegant Orzo and spinach from this site. Thanks.
