Very tasty! The marinated artichoke hearts are key. We had lots of leftover spaghetti so I threw that in and it worked great.

This was okay. I thought it was lacking in flavor, though. I'm not quite sure what it's missing, but it needs more of something. Perhaps less artichoke hearts and more onions or something.

I thought this was too bland, and it definitely needs the olives. I'll make it again, but with some other ingredients to spice it up a bit.

This was a great Mediterranean recipe! I made a few small changes: I too used canned plum tomatoes, as the fresh ones didn't seem to be to great. I also added mushrooms, black olives, and the marinade from one jar of artichokes, which seemed to really add to the flavor. Thanks for this great recipe!

Really good!! I changed the recipe a bit, so I couldn't give it the full 5 stars. I left out the lemon and feta, but added some chopped Italian sausage. I should have added an extra can of artichokes, because there weren't enough. Didn't feel like it really missed the lemon or feta. A definite keeper.

This was good it was missing something. I did do changes. I cooked my chicken in half a bottle Olive Oil Greek Vinegrette. Then I left the juice. I added a can of diced tomatos and tomatos sauce. I used spanich pasta. It was good. Different I love Greek food.

AWESOME RECIPE!!! Thank you! I made a few additions: sauteed mushrooms with the onion/garlic, seasoned the chicken prior to adding to the pan, saved some of my salty pasta water and added with the tomatoes, feta, etc. I used a whole cup of Feta (the Greek herb kind) and also added black olives. This is definitely a keeper!

This was really good. Made it just as recipe said except used a whole container of feta and added some grated parmesan and olive oil at the end. Also threw in some green beans. It made a a lot! I also prepared some red sauce, but no one used it as it didn't need it. Will make again! Thanks!

I didn't enjoy this at all. I used fresh lemons instaid of lemon juice thinking it would make this recipe even better then it seemed but i don't really think anything would make me enjoy this. Maybe i just don't enjoy greek food? sorry:(

This is a fantastic, easy recipe. I followed the advice of others and used diced tomatoes undrained and put the marinade from the artichokes in so it would not be dry. Next time I might use a little less because it did get a little runny but that is my only complaint!

I was out of artichokes, but loved it anyway! I toseed in some diced cucumbers and added lots of olives. Will make this again.

This is yummy! My husband especially liked it and he is into foreign and ethnic foods. I would suggest adding a small can of tomato sauce and maybe using less than a whole pound of pasta. Either way, this is a very tasty dish.
