I hesitated to make this because I wasn't sure if it would be "flavorful" enough...boy was I wrong! This is a perfect example of a really satisfying delicious meal that's also light & healthy. The only thing I did different was to use a 14oz can of diced tomatoes instead. The flavor combinations in this dish are fabulous and I will definitely make this again!

I enjoyed this. After reading other reviews, I made some modifications. I marinated the chicken for about an hour and a half using the marinade from one jar of artichokes, and I also seasoned it with Greek seasoning. I cut the pasta down from 1 pound to a half pound (and used rotini), and that seemed like the perfect amount. I used 3/4 cup of tomato & basil feta. In addition to the fresh tomatoes and the artichokes, I added sundried tomatoes, too. Other than that, I followed the directions as instructed, and I thought this was great. Like others, I found that it was even tastier the next day, so when I make this again, I may prepare it the day before.

I followed this recipe word-for-word, ingredient-for-ingredient, with one exception - I left out the chicken. It was SO delicious! As other reviewers have said, the flavor is a bit tart but this recipe is totally healthy, totally re-heatable, and I will make over and over.

Delicious!!!! I marinate teh chicken for about an hour in a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. My family isn't a big fan of tomatoes, so I don't add them. I also use garlic & herb feta cheese. YUMMY.

My family loved this. It was a bit too tangy at first so I added olive oil to tame it and it was perfect.

Very fresh tasting. I only used about half the amount of artichoke hearts, but I did add some of the marinade. Used reduced fat feta to cut down on the fat content. Added some kalamata olives too. Had left-over roasted chicken that I used on this. I'll bet this will even taste better tomorrow for lunch.

My husband and I made this for dinner, and everyone's reviews were helpful. We used marinated artichokes and sundried tomatoes, and we included the marinades from both. Kalamata olives are a must! We'll make this again, for sure.

This recipe will be five stars when I make it next time. I will add another tomato and some chopped kalamata olives to give it extra tang, color and texture. I added some crushed red pepper and fresh oregano with the parsley, and it was so good that I look forward to making it again with the aforementioned changes.

Mmmm, this was delicious! I didn't have any tomatoes so I just threw in a small can of tomato sauce. I also only had artichokes in water so I added a little bit of Italian dressing to the pan as well. Half of my kids liked it and half didn't, but that's pretty typical. :) Will definitely make this one again!

I made the recipe exactly as stated with the exception of adding some greek olives. It was very tasty, but very tart. I loved that about the dish. It definitely is not bland!

I really enjoyed this recipe. I added mushrooms with the chicken and marinated artichokes with the juice to keep it from being too dry. I will definately make this again.
