Kinf of vinegary.I did make a few alterations to this recipe. I added a little less that half of the ammount of artichokes the recipe called for (i never had artichockes until now)I made it at my dorm and all my friends loved it!Will Make again!

Delicious! This is a keeper. I've made similar dishes but this one is by far, the best. I love the flavor of the lemon in it. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

This was a great recipe, the only thing I'd suggest is reducing the lemon to half - I found it overpowering.

This was good but not all that special. Omitted the artichokes as am not a big fan of them. Used 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes. Good but not great.

Really good recipe. Will definitely make again. I did add the juices from the marinated artichokes and tomatoes.

Just ok. I made as recipe stated and thought it needed something so I added kalamata olives and the artichoke marinade. It did help, but still missing the WOW! factor. I won't make again.

delicious and healthy recipe! i made the following simple additions/modifications for added flavor: doubled the artichokes, drained the artichokes from the oil and marinated the chicken in the oil for one hour, used two small chopped tomatoes and one can diced tomato undrained, used 6 oz fat free feta, added one sliced red bell pepper and 2 cups fresh broccoli, used extra salt and oregano, added dried basil. delicious!! husband thought it was outstanding and gobbled it up. little did he know i used fat free feta. heehee ;)

There wasn't anything flavorful or tasty about this dish. I usually like these kinds of dishes but this one lacked a lot. If I were to make it again, I would add more spices or something to take it up a couple notches.

Would recommend halving the amount of artichokes, otherwise they take over the dish!

This was very very delicious! It was so easy, and so good. I added Kalamata olives before serving, just to give it that extra bit of flavor, and visual appeal. This is definitely going into my menu rotation.

This was an easy week night dinner. My family enjoyed it. I added the extra can of artichokes & it's marinade. I also added more garlic and tomatoes than the recipe called for and some broccoli florets. I think it would have been quit bland w/out the additions. Next timed I'd also add some olives. The feta complimented the dish very well.

This was great. I added the kalamata olives as others suggested and it was very delicious. I grew up with Greek food. This was a very simple recipe. My mom would be proud of me.

I made this recipe as is and it was so bland I had to try and doctor it up. Even after all the doctoring it still was not my favorite. Edible, but really not worth it. I was very dissappointed.

What a delicious, fresh dinner! I have no complaints and I made the dish exactly as the recipe called for (except for omitting onions because we don't like them!).

I hesitated to make this because I wasn't sure if it would be "flavorful" enough...boy was I wrong! This is a perfect example of a really satisfying delicious meal that's also light & healthy. The only thing I did different was to use a 14oz can of diced tomatoes instead. The flavor combinations in this dish are fabulous and I will definitely make this again!

I enjoyed this. After reading other reviews, I made some modifications. I marinated the chicken for about an hour and a half using the marinade from one jar of artichokes, and I also seasoned it with Greek seasoning. I cut the pasta down from 1 pound to a half pound (and used rotini), and that seemed like the perfect amount. I used 3/4 cup of tomato & basil feta. In addition to the fresh tomatoes and the artichokes, I added sundried tomatoes, too. Other than that, I followed the directions as instructed, and I thought this was great. Like others, I found that it was even tastier the next day, so when I make this again, I may prepare it the day before.

I followed this recipe word-for-word, ingredient-for-ingredient, with one exception - I left out the chicken. It was SO delicious! As other reviewers have said, the flavor is a bit tart but this recipe is totally healthy, totally re-heatable, and I will make over and over.
