I can't believe I haven't rated this, I've been making this for quite some time and it's a favorite. I make a few changes - I season the chicken with paprika, salt, pepper & onion powder. I frequently use fresh herbs from the garden. I use a can of petited diced tomatoes instead of fresh. I also add mushrooms and saute with the chicken. I saute this hard to get a nice coloring going on. I also add black olives. I don't add the feta until I mix the pasta with the chicken. I appreciate the recipe, we have really enjoyed it.

The second time around, I really modified this recipe for more color and taste. --- I omitted the olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. --- To substitute, I used about 1/4 cup of "Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing" off of Allrecipes. --- Then, I added 3 diced tomatoes, a 10 oz jar of drained Calamata Olives, a sprinkle more of Feta Cheese, and last but not least about 1/2 lb of Genoa Salami. --- I love Genoa Salami so this addition may not work for others. It does however satisfy my taste and gives the pasta dish a more meaty flavor rather than just using chicken by itself. The next day, I added about 1 cup of the Greek dressing, a few Tblsps of lemon, and some more feta cheese. Maybe next time I'll do what others have done and use the artichoke marinade and not the Greek dressing and see how it tastes like the next day. Then, adjust taste with the Greek dressing if needed.

I followed the suggestion of sundried tomatos which was really good, and added a little more lemon and feta. The only thing I would do different is only make a 1/2 pound or so of pasta because I like more sauce than there was. Great recipe

I tried this recipe, as my husband is half Greek. He raved about it! Only thing different is I added a cream sauce, since my husband prefers thick sauces on pasta. I put all of the seasonings in the sauce to make sure everything mixed well. It was absolutely perfect!

This got mixed reviews from my family. DH took 3 bites and stopped eating (and he usually will eat anything). My teen said "the chicken pieces are good" (an attempt to be polite). I on the other hand loved the "tangy" flavor, (but I love Greek Salads w/tangy dressing and Feta, picked beets, etc., and they don't). I did think it was too dry (too much pasta for the amount of sauce) and (after tasting) added some more of the same ingredients fresh, (tomatoes, Feta, parsley and red onion) at the end. I will try again without the marinated artichokes, add some canned diced tomatoes (to add some 'sweet' from the sugar, canned tomatoes have, AND not drain, to add some liquid. If you like Greek dressings etc. or "more vinegary" foods, you will probably enjoy this.

This was absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe with the exception of the tomatoes, I used canned diced ones. I wish now I had added olives too. Fabulous recipe, I will make it frequently!

I really loved this recipe. I did make a few changes like the other reviewers, but kept the essence of the recipe intact. I seasoned the chicken and cooked it separately before I added it to the onions and garlic. I also added some sun dried tomatoes and a little of the oil from them. I used a can of petite cut tomatoes instead of fresh, which made it a little more "saucy." This dish had a wonderful flavor. I will definitely make it again.

I've been using this site for years and have never rated a recipe however, I had to take the time on this one. It was excellent. I used all of the juices from both the tomatoes and artichokes. I added a little bit of corn starch mixed with water to thicken it up and let it simmer at the end. I also used more feta, olives, a few sundried tomatoes and lots of greek seasoning that you can find at the grocery store...it was really, really good!!!

My husband and I loved this! He picked out the artichokes (he's a meat and potato man and doesn't like "green" things). This is definately one of my favorites. The feta cheese was a nice add-in.

My boyfriend and I made it for dinner the other night and we really like mushrooms so we decided to throw some in. For us it added just the right flavor and texture. Unfortunately we forgot to throw in the artichoke hearts which was a key Greek ingredient, but maybe next time! There will for sure be a next time!

This recipe was pretty good. I do think it was a bit too 'lemony' for my taste and it may have been better with artichokes in water, but overall pretty good.

Wonderful! I added one can of black olives and 1 or 2-14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes, which makes it nice and moist. I also added more lemon juice to taste-we like the zip it gives. Yummy!

Really good. My hubby liked! Mine got dry pretty quickly so serve immediately! It's not so much a sauce over the pasta but more like the pasta is coated in the flavor, which was super delish. The lemon juice gave it the kick it needed to make the flavor pop, definitely don't leave that out!!

I thought this was just okay. For as many intresting ingriedents that went into this I expected alot more flavor, I even added extra salt, pepper, garlic and some dry basil and all I could really taste was the artichoke, I didn't really care for this and won't make again.

My husband and I liked this dish. I think it's a good recipe, but if I were to make it again, I would prefer more tomato, and probably less parsley and a bit less oregano maybe? Something was slightly off which is making me hold back on giving it 5 stars. We did serve it with whole wheat angel hair which paired nicely with it.
