Delicious dill pickles that are battered then fried. This recipe also works well with other pickled vegetables, like pickled peppers.

These spicy/sweet pickles are a Texas tradition. My mother and I have made these delectable pickles for Christmas every year since I was young. We separate each batch into smaller jars and give them as gifts to friends and family. I would hate to think what would happen if we skipped a year!!

Great Garlic Beer Steaks

Submitted by: DARTHMAGUS
This is a great marinade for rib, New York, sirloin, t-bone, and rib-eye steak. The lemon juice tenderizes and the garlic-oyster sauce adds the flavour. Low sodium oyster sauce is recommended, if you can find it.
