Great starter recipe! Turned out great. I made a few adjustments to suit our tastes. I seasoned my chops with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, lots of pepper (love it) and a little cumin. Because hubby and I are not mushroom fans went with cream of chicken soup and instead of milk, I used a 2 or 3 healthy dollops of sour cream, along with the Kitchen Bouquet to make the gravy more appealing. We served it over chedder/broccoli rice... hubby ate the leftovers with a vengance! Thanks!

First, I love pork chops. Any way of making them is great with me. I cut up a couple of potatoes and put them under the meat. I also added about 1/2 cut sour cream to the soup and milk. It is a little juicier than I like so next time I would leave out the milk. I added the onion and garlic as well. Great, easy recipe.

Good, not wow, but a yummy, easy dish. Left out water and just used milk for creamier gravy. Next time, will use a little less milk for thicker gravy.

This a great recipe, Very good taste and easy even tho a not so great cook like me can make great meal with the recipe. Only thing is it makes a lot of sauce. But I used it on mashed potatoes and it was great.

It's definitely missing something, but I can't figure out what. There's just not enough flavor to it. But it is quick, easy, and relatively healthy and goes great with potatoes.

I found that the pork was rather bland and the sauce was a bit too runny.

This recipe was very good. I had to thicken up the gravy because it was watery. Once thickened though, it was very nice to be so quick and easy. I also sauteed some onion and mushrooms to put in the gravy mix. Thank you.

I make this recipe with one package of pork gravy according to directions for additional pork flavor, then add the mushroom soup/milk AND add 1 to 2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet Browning Sauce for a rich color. (You can double the pork for the increased gravy and have leftovers!)

It was a good recipe but I made some changes. I dredged the chops in egg and then rolled it in a combination of seasoned bread crumbs and corn flake crumbs for breading. I omitted the water totally so the gravy would be thicker.

I am disappointed because I followed the recipe exactly to the T, but the pork chops weren't done. After baking for 45 minutes, they were still pink. I guess I will need to bake them for at least an hour if I use the recipe again.

I tried this and it came out great; although I altered it a bit. I used boneless chops seasoned with season all, onion and garlic powder. browned in skillet with butter. In seperate bowl mixed family size can of mushroom soup 2/3Cup of Milk and small can of mushrooms. Baked uncovered at 350 for 45mintues. Served over rice. My family loved it. Thanks!

These were great. I used olive oil instead of butter and I sauted some minced garlic after I did the pork chops and added that in with the soup and milk. And I also didn't use any water, just increased the milk to 1 cup. The children even loved it and went back up for more. I served it over egg noodles. Definitely a keeper!

Very good recipe...I added onions and mushrooms to the gravy, and used garlic salt instead of table salt...a little strong, but that was of my own doing. Turned out delicious though, and the gravy was great on rice!!!
