I hate cooking pork because I always let it dry out, but this recipe keeps everything moist. I made it exactly to recipe the first time, and the gravy was a little bland. The second time around, I added a little parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder to the gravy. I also omitted the water and added only a splash of the milk, which it doesn't really need. It thins out in the oven. Much better!

Well, this was definitely easy! I had 2 very thick chops, so I cut them in half so they would cook in the time alloted. I did as some suggested and sprinkled the chops with Old Bay seasoning and garlic powder (in lieu of actual garlic). After browning, I added a can of drained mushrooms to the pan and sauted. I used cream of celery, since I had no cream of mushroom. Added the mushrooms to it 1/2c each of milk & water. The chops were tender and the gravy was nice. Not a spectacular meal, but certainly good enough to make again. Thanks Jennipoo for another way to make pork chops!

I actually used garlic salt instead of regular salt and I added mushroom pieces. All in all this recipe was great..

I honestly was not expecting much. The ingredients were all sitting in my pantry so I decided to give this a shot. It is surprisingly good! It is an easy mid-week type recipe! Yum!

I have never really been a fan of pork chops. My wife likes them so I find myself cooking them every once in awhile. This recipe changed my mind! Very moist and flavorful. I added sauteed garlic, onions and mushrooms. I did not add water at all. I seasoned the chops with Prudhommes Pork & Veal magic before searing them in the pan w onions, garlic and mushrooms. Very tasty. My wife loved them. Served with baked potato & grean beans/mushrooms.

Awesome, easy. Made beef gravy from a packet mix and added to soup. It made a superior topping for mashed potatoes.

These were great and easy to make! I'm giving 4 stars b/c I think it needed a LITTLE more seasoning. I think next time I'll throw on some Lipton onion soup mix when I bake it.

This recipe is simple to follow, and I made it with 6 thin cut pork chops and it turned out wonderful! I cooked this for my parents with green beans and red potatoes, and they rated it 5 stars --- and my dad is picky, so this says a lot! Very tasty.

I also made a couple of changes, i sauteed onions and used cream of chicken soup and baked it at 275 degrees for 3 hours. These were definitley the best and most tender porkchops. LOVE IT!!!!

WOW!! The were the best pork chops and gravy I have ever ate! Even my husband and 7 yr. old loved them. Like the others I twinked it up a bit. I added a small thing of sour cream to my soup mixture, also I rubbed the chops with pepper and garlic seasoning before I browned them. Then I sauted half a chopped onion and a small can of sliced mushrooms in the skillet after I browned the chops. Added the onions and mushrooms to the soup mixture then poured it over the chops. I baked it for about 1 hr. Then topped with some french fried onions. They were fall off the bone good!!!! Served with mashed potatoes, the gravy was wonderful on them by the way, and biscuits. This is a keeper, you have to try to see!!!!Thanks for the wonderful post.
