I made this as a side dish for hamburgers tonight and we did not enjoy the end result. The pototo salad is WAY too sweet....and the potato does not stay shredded once you mix it with the other ingredients - so it was a waste of time trying to shred them (thankfully I used a food processor). We will not make this again, but if you do, I recommend reducing the amount of sugar drastically or omitting it altogether.
