Delicious! Mom says this is one of the best breads I have made from here. I used ap flour instead of bread flour so I added 1 Tablespoon of vital wheat gluten to the dough. I needed to add a couple of more tablespoons of flour as it mixed but it has been damp and rainy here. It made a big, tall loaf and is great for both toast and sandwiches. This one is a keeper for sure.

Nice taste and texture, the cereal adds texture and interest otherwise you can't really taste it, I subbed 1 cup WW flour for white to up the nutrition otherwise followed recipe

A very good sandwich bread. If you use King Arthur flour, suggest using all purpose rather than bread flour (bread flour made it rise too fast and too high). Mixed/proofed in the machine, shaped and baked in the oven. Will make again!

I've been on a bread machine kick for the past couple of months. This is my front-runner favorite! I followed the recipe exactly. I was surprised at how much I liked it (not a huge fan of plain Grape-Nuts). I've made this bread several times for my family, and also given it to neighbors.

Did not have Grape Nuts, so I used Fiber One after processing in the food processsor for a few minutes. Great taste and texture!

It's an excellent healthy bread recipe. I've just started bread making(w/bread machine)for 3 months. Because I'm very particular on my diet, it's not easy to get a perfect recipe. I found my perfect bread recipe. I'm very happy.
