2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Unbelievable! I added 1/3 cup of almonds and 1/3 cup of slivered almonds.
Followed the recipe but must have done something wrong. Came out very hard and just didn't have good flavor.

Super easy to make. I added some mini chocolate chips and flax seeds - really good!
Great basic granola bar recipe. Tasty and easy. Came right out of the (greased) pan. I cut it twice - once while still slightly warm, then I went over the lines again after it had cooled completely. Worked for me. Next time I may try adding cinnamon and raisins.
Very good! After spreading it in the pan I sprinkled some cinnamon over the top, makes it a bit more spiced. The only problem is that it is crumbley, I don't know if I did something wrong. Otherwise, great!
Yuck! hard, not tasty at all
