We enjoyed this, but next time I will use one can of Rotel and a small can of tomato sauce instead of the tomatoes to give it a little extra zest.

This was really good! I made it all in the skillet. I browned my hamburger, onion & pepper then added everything else. Cooked until my rice was done. I did not drain the corn for more liquid and added a small can of tomato juice. Will be making this often.

Fantastic recipe. I did add a small can of tomato sauce for some extra liquid. Came out great. My family loved it. Thanks for the recipe.

I thought this dish was great. I did use fresh garlic and I added some spicy hot V8 for a little more liquid, I also added some other spices and I used green olives. Will def make again

I thought this was really good - even without the bacon since I've recently given up pork. Sad, I know. This dish would be fabulous for a potluck; it's really filling and makes a ton!

My father-in-law and I loved this. My children, ages 9 and 6, liked everthing but the onions and black olives. A fabulous dish.
