Awesome!! I made it with Rotel tomatoes because that's all i had on hand, and the extra kick was really good. Makes me wonder what it would be like with chorizo (Mexican sausage) subbed for the ground beef...hmm...think i'll try that next time.

Great recipe. The flavors come together perfectly. Used fresh garlic and ground turkey also added a can of tomato sauce.

This was a great recipe for me to get rid of tons of things from the pantry, but it definitely wasn't something we'd want again. Edible, but not great. For one, the beef needed tons more flavor, perhaps adding more of the chili powder and garlic powder. The only thing that gave this flavor was the cheese and that's becuase I used the Mexican blend, since it had SW flavors. We had tons leftover, so we tried to have some for lunch but the leftovers weren't very good at all. We had to throw it away. I'm not even sure how it was possible, but it was more bland than the day before. If you do want to try this recipe, just make sure to add a ton more flavor, preferably tasting the meat after you cook it and make sure it has enough flavor for you. As for me, I'll be looking for another rice dish. Thanks anyway though!

Delicious! I omitted the bacon. I also broiled it for about 5 minutes on low to brown the top.

I made this last night. Did it all in my fry pan so I wouldn't have to dirty another dish. Did brown rice instead of white and a red pepper instead of green and left out the olives. It was very good and filling. Thanks for sharing.

Very good, I left out onions (my family doesn't like them) and used one whole green pepper. This is a good dish to use up all the leftovers you have.

We enjoyed this, but next time I will use one can of Rotel and a small can of tomato sauce instead of the tomatoes to give it a little extra zest.

This was really good! I made it all in the skillet. I browned my hamburger, onion & pepper then added everything else. Cooked until my rice was done. I did not drain the corn for more liquid and added a small can of tomato juice. Will be making this often.
