With a little trial and error, this turned out great. At first, I was supervising my 12 yr. old daughter with the recipe, we were busy doing one thing and as a result we burned the milk instead of scalding it. :( Having to do the milk again slowed us down but the end result was a hit! Also, instead of store bought crust, we made it using Emeril Lagasse's crust recipe and it turned out fantastic! My daughter & I had fun making this together and you can bet that this recipe will definitly be used again. ;)
