This is good, but not great. I'm used to a sweeter pie with a firmer consistency. Next time, I'll add another 1/2 cup of sugar. As far as the consistency, I wonder if that was because I used one-percent milk. Either that, or it needs another egg and less milk. I'm gonna need to play around with this one to get the result I desire.
