This corn pudding was pretty good, but it was a little bland to me. I added cinnamon and nutmeg and that made it better. Next time I think I'll add a little more butter and maybe some brown sugar.

This was very good! I didn't make any changes. Corn is one of our favorite sides and I have to say that the consistency of this is like a custard but if that is the kind of stuff you like it would be great. I think we just found another awesome keeper. Great to alternate with a few others that we really enjoy. Thank you for sharing!

This is the recipe I made last night. Excellent. Everyone liked it except my 12 yr old grandson. Even a guy who had never eaten corn pudding liked it. Will make often. Thanks.

This is a wonderful recipe if you are looking for a true sweet corn pudding that has a custardy consistency. When I made it, I discovered at the last second that I had no cornstarch, so I substituted 1/2 cup flour and it still came out great. I also substituted frozen corn for the canned corn kernels -- just filled up one of the empty creamed corn cans as a measure, and added 1 tsp. salt. It does make a LOT, however, and is not easy to cut in half since it calls for 5 eggs, so it would be best for a crowd. Absolutely delicious and addictive; even my son who doesn't eat vegetables had seconds.

This dish turned out wonderful. My husband is a picky eater and he had seconds and asked to take the leftovers for lunch the next day. I did cut the recipe in 1/2 and it came out perfectly.

This recipe was wonderful. I made 40 servings and got nothing but complaments from the entire room. I added a little butter to the top of the mixture before baking. I will definately make it again. Taste just like my grandmother's.

Wonderful and how I remember my grandmother's corn pudding. I only use 2 eggs in mine. Grandsons demand this every time they come over for dinner. Sometimes I add a half cup more or less of grated mild cheddar.

This truly IS comfort food. Easy to make. If you make this recipe for more people, be sure to get a bigger casserole dish than is listed in the recipe.

Was definitely good but too sweet and eggy for me. I may make this again with 1-2 less eggs and about half the sugar.
