This was good, but way too salty! I geuss I should have read the reviews. I had to add water to get rid of the salty taste. I'll make this again, but make sure I omit the salt.

This was very easy and yummy to make as a quick soup on a cold day. You can omit the chicken and it is still yummy just add more veggies!

Great hearty meal, especially when you're sick. I made it for my husband because he's been feeling so ill lately and he absolutely loves it. I halfed the recipe (since it's just the 2 of us) and made the following revisions: used 1/2 the amount of salt called for (think this should be adjusted depending on how much salt is in the poultry seasoning you choose); baked one large chicken breast with lemon pepper sprinkled on it at 350 until cooked all the way through and then diced up into the soup; substituted leeks for onions (not a big onion fan and prefer leeks for my soups); added same amount of carrots as celery and then sauteed carrots, celery, and leeks in butter prior to adding all other liquid ingredients; omitted cornstarch concoction since we like our chicken soup thin. Wonderful recipe and it makes great leftovers!

Wonderful chicken noodle soup!! Made my cold go away quickly!!! Omit the salt though. The broth makes it salty enough!! Love this recipe!!

I took the advice of other posts and did not bother to add any salt during the cooking process. Only at the end. This soup turned out to be way too bland for me. Maybe I have been eating to much spicy Mexican soups lately, but I had to do a lot of doctoring to get this to have flavor.

I added some pepper. It was way too salty. I couldnt even finish a bowl. I may try it again without the added salt and with reduced sodium broth.

This was a great recipe, and I made just a few changes. On the 12 serving instead of using 12 cups chicken broth, I used 8 with 4 cups water. I only used 1 tablespoon salt, and added some garlic powder. My husband loved it!

Great receipe! As many people said it was blant, I added a few more ingredients. 1) diced shiitake mushroom 2)seeded and minced jalapeno 3)soy sauce. I sprinkled crushed tortilla chips and cilantro when serving. It tasted excellent. Thank you for the great recipe.

Absolutely gross.. Thats all I can say.. With a family of 5 only one liked it. I really thought that his would be better since most 5 stars live up to there ratings. This was entirely to salty and starchy. I followed the recipe to a tea. Next time I will stick to my original Chicken Noodle Soup even if it takes longer to make... I gave it a one since only 1 out of 5 of us liked it...

This was very easy and delicious recipe. I didn't use the cornstarch because I like my chicken soup thin. I used a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store to give some extra flavor. I also used low sodium chicken broth so I had more control over the about of salt that I added.

We thought this was quite bland for our taste. I added some garlic and Cavender's Greek Seasoning and that helped. I would suggest to taste this before adding any salt then salt to taste. Adding the cornstarch made this different but I don't think I will add it again, I just prefer is soupy.

Per previous reviews, I sauted vegetables, and added carrot as well. Boiled some of the rotisserie chicken breifly with broth, and added can of cream of chicken soup for thickening. With no salt added, this was still salty. Next time will purchase low sodium broth. Just added the uncooked noodles at the end. Still enjoyed the soup, and will make again.
