Made this today, Very good. Mushrooms were Yummy I will double or triple the mushrooms next time. Served with Sally's Spinach Mashed Potatoes from this site. They were excellent too. And a simple salad. Thanks for sharing Grandma's recipe

This was really good, except I decided to make my own bread crumbs which didn't turn out as great as I thought they would. I put the bread in a blender, but they still came out a bit chunky. It would have been better I'm sure using store bought bread crumbs since they would have been much finer. I also worried that I was baking the chicken too long because my chicken breast weren't so thick...and I worried I'd burn the mushrooms...so I cooked for 30-35mins which was just right. I'll definitely make this again & I'll either add something to the bread crumbs for taste or add a mixture of cheeses....

This was one of the few recipes I have made that every person in my house loved. This will definitely be in my regular dinner rotation.

An easy and tasty chicken dish! Garlic spinach and roasted potatoes make great side dishes served along with this chicken. I will make it again for sure.

This was really good and easy to make. I doubled the butter as did many others. THe flavor of the mushrooms was great (and I don't even like mushrooms!) Very easy to make as well.

Oh, wow. This is wonderful. I doubled the egg dip and coating, and the amount of butter, and it was moist, tender, delicious.

This is a family favorite! My husband suggested adding Dijon mustard to the egg mixture. We will probably try that next time

5 stars for taste and simplicity. Made for the two of us, but used 1/2 pound mushrooms and most of the sauce. Only cooked 35 minutes as recommended by others. This was good!
