This recipe for bread stuffing calls for canned mushrooms, onion, celery, and poultry seasoning. It will make enough to stuff a 12 to 15 pound turkey.

Quinoa Turkey Stuffing

Quinoa, a delicious and nutritious whole grain, is used to make a light and tasty turkey stuffing. I prefer to bake this stuffing in the bird, but it can be baked separately in another baking dish and basted with the turkey juice.

This is a stuffing that my grandmother used to make every time we had turkey. It's the best in the world. She used to put some in the turkey and some cold in the fridge raw. It tastes good this way as well.

Who Jansson is, we may never know, but this meal is an absolute must on a cold and frigid evening. The anchovies may seem an odd ingredient in what is basically potatoes au gratin, but when they combine with cream and onions, they'll tempt anyone!

Oysters add flavor to a standard bread and celery dressing. This recipe is the only way I like oysters! And, the best stuffing ever!
