These were very tasty, especially considering the short list of ingredients! Nobody could guess what was in these, they just taste like a yummy, chewy, cookie bar! I tried adding some mini marshmallows to the top after I pulled it from the oven, hoping they would melt that way, they didn't. But next time I think after they're done baking I will throw the marshmallows on top and put back in for a few minutes, because it tasted good with them on top. I will make these often for a quick, easy and sweet treat:) Edit: I have since figured out: 1) If you put marshmallows on top and put back in the oven, once they cool they are too hard to even cut and 2) If you only sprinkle about a cup of marshmallows on top after the brownie is done, they well melt sufficiently. These are delicious once they are cool!

My 3 year old loved these - but I was not really impressed. I used a stone baking dish and 1/2 cup marshmallows and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Perhaps the marshmallows didn't work, because after cooking it 40 minutes, the brownies were still gooey and wouldn't set. I think the overall idea is tasty, if they would have set. Maybe it needs an egg or something to solidify them with the marshmallows.

Yummy! And strangely addictive. I didn't have any sweetened condensed milk. Luckily, I had a book that told me how to make some. I will definitely make these again. My children also really enjoyed this.

i was a bit skeptical at first because of the use of graham crackers as the "main" ingredient. i was even more skeptical because the only binding ingredient holding the batter together was 1 14. oz can of condensed milk! but the outcome was surprisingly good and chewy, just like a good brownie. however, i would hesitate to call this a real brownie.

I had a bunch of graham cracker boxes left over from a bonfire. Saw this recipe and decided to try it to get rid of some graham crackers. Very easy to do and requires so few ingredients. I was unsure how the consistency of these brownies would turn out, but they are of chewy brownie consistency. The sweetened condensed milk gives them that chewy consistency, but they are very good and everyone really enjoyed them. I wonder what they would be like with marshmallows???
