Wonderful recipe! Next time will use unsalted butter, but they were very good! Added a little vanilla.

This is an excellent 'go to' recipe. Just for fun, I added 1/2 teaspoon of cinamon to the dry ingredients. Someone previously suggested adding blueberries to the batter.I think, chocolate chips or even a small, chopped, banana would work out well, too.

These pancakes were amazing! Fluffy, golden, awesome! I doubled the mixture and it made so many, but just the right amount for four people!

I was looking for a recipe to use in place of Bisquick pancakes. According to my gourmet-lovin' children, these were the best pancakes they've ever had. I followed the recipe almost exactly, only increasing the milk to 1 1/3 c. and reducing the salt to an unlevel 1 tsp since I used salted butter. Outstanding. The new family favorite.

I am an exchange student in Germany, and when my host sister wanted me to make pancakes this morning, I was like, okay, let me find a recipe. I searched and searched, trying to find one that didn't call for vanilla and baking soda, and was so happy when I found this one. Not only did it taste great, but even my German host sister, who dislikes almost everything American that I cook, and her friend loved them! Big success!!

Great recipe! I forgot to add the sugar and butter, but I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and a 1/2 tsp vanilla. They still tasted great!

I will never again buy a box of pancakes. Hubby and I were still in our pajamas and we really really wanted pancakes for breakfast. Neither of us felt like driving to the grocery store so I figured, how hard can t be to make it from scratch? I knew it would need flour eggs and milk but I needed measurements and since I have found this recipe, I am 100% certain that I will never go back. Hubby agrees!! I followed the directions and did not add to it but I plan to include some pecans next time.

Excellent! I didn't change a thing, and they came out beautiful, and tasted amazing. I'm used to making pancakes from scratch, but this will be one of my go-to recipes from now on. Thanks for providing.
