I also added vanilla to the recipe and had wonderful results! I threw in blueberries and made my fiancee's evening! Simplicity in cooking at it's best! Thanks!

Delicious! I was skeptical when I saw how runny the batter was at first, but once I poured the batter onto the grill, it puffed right up! We usually make pancakes from a boxed mix, but these were so easy and delicious that I will continue to make this recipe instead! FYI- A double recipe was just barely enough to feed our family of 2 adults and 4 children. Next time I will make a triple batch.

I hate pancakes!! I didn't realize it until I was older cause I was raised "you eat what your given", so I never really said anything! But I do, until right now! When I was watching "Imagine That" w/ Eddie Murphy they made pancakes and I was that looks good, so I thought okay "I'll make a few", we had mix, but there was a spider in it. So I google "pancakes" and I got this recipe. I just made it and they were the best pancakes I've ever had!! I mean it!! I have to say I forgot to put something in it an"egg" oops... but they still were awesome. I hate eggs too so maybe thats why there so good to me!! Tomorrow I'll try it w/egg and tell you what I think. But I love these awesome "hot cakes"!!!!!! good job Grandma Kelly

Some of the BEST pancakes I've ever had/made. I did add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and made sure the eggs and milk were at room temperature before starting. I sifted the dry ingredients twice. The batter came together beautifully with no lumps at all. I used a 1/4c scoop and it made 14 4-inch light, fluffy and tasty pancakes.

They were very fluffy, but had a bitter after-taste. I halved the amount of baking powder and added a splash of vanilla. Much better!

This was the best pancake recipe I've tried, and I've tried many. I didn't need to make any adjustments at all and it had a wonderful buttery flavor. The only addition I made was to add cinnamon to some of the pancakes, my personal preference. With one recipe I had pancake breakfast for 3 days, yum!

Best pancakes I've ever made. They're soo fluffy. I increase the sugar to 3 tbs because I like them sweeter, and add about a half tsp of vanilla, but the recipe is amazing as is

The best pancakes I've ever made! I wasn't a big fan of them plain, but I topped them with a handful of butterscotch chips right after they came off the griddle, then added whipped cream and caramel syrup. They were awesome! Tasted just like the butterscotch rocks pancakes at IHOP. This one's a keeper!
