Really moist, perfect pancakes! I double the recipe, but only used 2 1/2 c. flour, as I thought the consistency was just right at that ratio. I also add a little lemon juice to my pancakes to help with fluffiness! We did them up in to Mint Chocolate Chip, and OH MY were they tasty!

I thought these were good. I did have to add more milk to make more of a batter consistency.

These were pretty good. However, the batter came out really thick and it was hard to get it out of the measuring cup without a little assistance. I added a little extra milk to help make it less thick. and half a teaspoon of salt and 1 tsp vanilla work beautifully. :) And you don't need as much butter as the recipe says you do.

I love these pancakes! I've memorized the recipe, I make them so often! They are super with blueberries. The only change I made was to double the amount of sugar it calls for. So good!

Great recipe easy to follow just as easy to double. Came in handy on a early spring morning.

I didn't find these to be salty, but I did add 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnanmon to boost the flavor. My batter was a little runny, so I sifted in another 1/4 cup of flour. Three little girls devoured them this morning! Very light & fluffy.
