They were very fluffy, but had a bitter after-taste. I halved the amount of baking powder and added a splash of vanilla. Much better!

This was the best pancake recipe I've tried, and I've tried many. I didn't need to make any adjustments at all and it had a wonderful buttery flavor. The only addition I made was to add cinnamon to some of the pancakes, my personal preference. With one recipe I had pancake breakfast for 3 days, yum!

A little too thick, so I added a little more milk. So fluffy and yummy!

Best pancakes I've ever made. They're soo fluffy. I increase the sugar to 3 tbs because I like them sweeter, and add about a half tsp of vanilla, but the recipe is amazing as is

The best pancakes I've ever made! I wasn't a big fan of them plain, but I topped them with a handful of butterscotch chips right after they came off the griddle, then added whipped cream and caramel syrup. They were awesome! Tasted just like the butterscotch rocks pancakes at IHOP. This one's a keeper!

This was a good recipe. They were a little thin, but I like thin pancakes. Try using self rising flour for ones that rise better. Also, add a little vanilla for extra flavor.

Really good pancakes! I would definitely reduce the salt to 3/4 tsp. and a little less butter. Other than that it was fantastic!

Perfect old fashioned pancake recipe. I double sifted the flour ( makes fluffier batter ), added 1tsp of vanilla. No need to ever purchase batter again, this tastes much better than even the most expensive ( so called ' high quality ' pancake batter you find in stores like BJ's, Sams, and Costco.
