Really yummy! I needed a new way to eat fully cooked eggs while I am pregnant, and this fit the bill and was really good. Sometimes we do toast and gravy for breakfast, so this is basically the same with hard boiled eggs thrown in, but a great way to add in protein!

My dad grew up on a farm and they frequently had this dish. I recommend not adding salt or pepper when cooking just let everyone add to their own taste. Try it though as simple as it is it is WONDERFUL!

This was very good but we ended up tripling the recipe and it was way too salty. Next time I will use only 1 tsp salt or less.

I like the originality of this recipe! I didn't have toast on hand, so I used white cheddar biscuits instead and added a touch of cayenne for some additional zip! My husband loved it!

This is so good! I added some garlic and onion powders to the sauce and just used a fork to mash up the yolks, altho a potato ricer would work very well. Thanks Richard!

This is true comfort food and brings back memories of my childhood! I add a little hot sauce to mine because I love spicy. Delicious.

My grandmother used to make this recipe. It has always been one of my favorites. I usually make it for dinner. I use 6 eggs instead of 2 and omit the salt and pepper. Yummy!!
