This is one of the best bread recipes. It takes a little work but is well worth the effort. Goes great with fresh butter (yes real butter). Also, is great for french toast. Mix egg with a little milk and vanilla and small amount of sugar. Dip fresh bread in egg mixture and cook in non stick skillet sprayed with butter flavor crisco. Brown each side. Serve with either cinnamon sugar or syrup.
