This hurricane recipe is unparalleled for taste and drinkability! Everyone I've introduced it to has become hooked, and the bar that serves the original recipe routinely runs out of hurricane glasses to serve in, due to the popularity of this tasty beverage!

Limeade, rum and fresh peaches blend into a velvety summer drink. It cannot be made virgin, the rum is the key ingredient! The peach skins add a lovely bit of color. Canned peaches do not work as well.

Casa Marina

This is a delicious cocktail which tastes just like summer in a glass! Its also pretty lethal because it tastes so innocently alcohol free! You can make up a big bowl of it by just chucking a bottle of each spirit and a carton of each juice into a punch bowl. Adding a bottle of sparkling wine gives it some fizz -- and an extra kick!

When you awake in the morning after a few too many you may very well need to have a Ramos Fizz to get you back on your feet. Henrico C. Ramos created the Ramos Fizz in 1888 at the Imperial Cabinet Saloon in New Orleans, Louisiana. This wonderful pick me up combines all the ingredients to get you up and running again. A little hair of the dog in the form of the gin, protein from the egg white, and cream to coat the stomach.
