Not very impressed. The 2 Tbsp orange peel seemed a bit much, so I used just less than that, and the orange still really over powered the flavor. My cookies taste more like oranges than like raisins. Maybe some like that, but my husband and I aren't really fans. If I make these again I will leave out the orange peel entirely. Also the recipe said to bake on ungreased cookie sheets and my first batch stuck like crazy, so I would definitely recommend greasing your cookie sheets.

I think I must have overbaked these because they came out kind of crunchy instead of chewy. Otherwise, these were lovely, and really made my co-workers' day!

These came out very crunchy. I prefer soft oatmeal cookies, so I'll stick with Beth's (also on this site).

These are very good, just make sure you don't overbake them(what I did with the first pan) they will get very crispy. Second pan was perfect when cooked shorter time. Will make again.

After the 3rd time I've got it perfected. Skip the water and increase the flour to 1 cup and you have a delicious cookie! A keeper!!!
