These were pretty good! My family loves stuffing so I doubled that part and added an extra pork chop (mine had bones). I bought 2 boxes of stuffing, one cornbread and one cranberry pecan (hey, it looked good!) I mixed the seasoning packet from the cranberry pecan with the brown mustard/brown sugar mix to put on top of the chops - that was good!

The flavour was good, but I take blame for baking too long and that's why the chops were dry. I hope I try this again, but I might just move on. I will edit this reveiw if I make again.

This was so yummy! I sauteed the onions and celery and added about 1/4 - 1/2 cup chicken broth to the stuffing mix. Also, about halfway through baking I added another 1/4 cup chicken broth. Turned out delicous!

Very easy and tasty. I made the recipe almost exactly as stated, but added a little fresh ground pepper to the chops before coating them with the sugar/mustard. Some people were saying that the stuffing was too dry, but I actually liked the crunchy edges. If you want a soft stuffing all the way through, then add a splash of chicken broth to the mix, I'm sure that would take care of it. All in all, a great weeknight meal!

The Pork Chops were yummy, the stuffing was way too dry for my taste. If I made this again I think I would add some Chicken Broth.

This was AMAZING!!! I don't even like stuffing and I ate every bit of my first plate! My husband said all he needed was some cranberry sause and he would be great!!! The mustard and brown sugar was great... next time I make this I think I'll need to make twice as much because the dish was cleaned out with just us two!!!!

I really liked the corn bread stuffing and creamed corn mixture. It gave the dish something a little different from your usual pork chop and stuffing combo. It was a nice fix it and forget it kind of meal. I am excited to try it with chicken too.

I wouldn't call this a slam dunk, but it was pretty close. It was a nice "down home" meal. I was hesitant of the brown sugar/spicy mustard mix, but it really worked!
