I made this recipe as stated, and while everything worked fine, the family's reaction was so-so. I made it again subbing chicken for the pork chops, and the pan was empty when the meal was done. So clearly it's a good recipe. My family just preferred chicken to pork chops. I loved the ease of putting everything in one pan. Easy to increase servings if needed.

I wouldn't call this a slam dunk, but it was pretty close. It was a nice "down home" meal. I was hesitant of the brown sugar/spicy mustard mix, but it really worked!

The brown sugar and mustard topping on the pork chops was very good and they were nice and tender but the cornbread-corn stuff was nasty! It was bad enough that we couldn't eat it! May do the pork chops again but won't do the stuffing!

This was very easy. I had everything that it called for and usually do. Very good. The corn gave it a little something diffferent. I will make this again :)
