Original Recipe Yield 2 dozen bars
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup cold butter or margarine
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, brown sugar and egg; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in peanuts. Reserving 2 cups crumb mixture, press remaining mixture on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. In large bowl, with mixer, beat sweetened condensed milk with peanut butter and vanilla. Spread over prepared crust; top with reserved crumb mixture
  3. Bake 25 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Store leftovers covered at room temperature.
