I can't remember if I used chicken or pork to make this, but I do remember how amazing the sauce was. I did not use tomato sauce, vinegar, or cloves. We had biscuits with it to sop up the leftover sauce. Yum.

My family really didn't care for this. It seemed like the peaches absorbed all the spices in the sauce and it was really overpowering. The pork WAS nice and moist, but the flavor was just too strong.

Was very good and easy to make. Did not cook pork chops before and they turned out fine. Thanks for sharing
