I was looking for a recipe to use up some cottage cheese that went sour on me (Ok, so it was a couple months since the expiration date!). This recipe worked perfectly. You couldn't tell that the cottage cheese was sour. It is more of a crepe than a pancake, so I'd recommend serving with either toast or muffins. Good with fruit spread or maple syrup. My husband ate them with hot dogs (OK, he's a little strange, just a tradition they had at home!). My 9 1/2 month old loved them too.

So simple and so good. I suggest using the "strawberry syrup" recipe from allrecipes.com - This rivals IHOP!

Like crepes, but a little easier to work with. Don't be afraid of the cottage cheese you can't taste it but it adds a delightfully creamy texture that is amazing!

These high-protein pancakes have become our family favorite. I love preparing them in the blender and then just pouring the batter from there.

I liked these pancakes, but I also added more flour.Very much liked the contrast of crunch on the outside and custardy setup on the inside.Very good.

These pancakes are totally awesome and very healthy. Taste and texture is very crepe like. We topped them with fresh strawberries drizzled with a little balsamic and honey, sprinkled with pepper and topped with whipped cream

I had high hopes for these pancakes after reading the reviews. Something with more nutritional value than traditional pancakes, however, I thought they mostly tasted like eggs. The texture was also different than traditional pancakes. My kids - 5 & 7 did eat them up and ask for more, so maybe it was just me! Of course, I sprinkled them with mini chocolate chips, so perhaps that was why they didn't notice the difference!!

This is the best pancake recipe ever. The pancakes are light and airy rather than having a mouthful of dry crumbs; my family loves them. I put blueberries in the first time I made them - Delish!!!!

This is a great recipe for getting protein in to kids who don't care for eggs. We eat them with powdered sugar. The kids love them.
