This is a wonderful recipe for getting protein in the morning. The pancakes come out really thin but my kids gobble them up. It is an easy recipe to put in a condiment container to "draw" shapes on the griddle.

Definitely needs more flour and vanilla, but they are good! They are kind of like a french toast pancake, which is great because I don't like the thickness of normal french toast. Thin french toast! yum! And all the protein from the eggs and cottage cheese is a great bonus!!

These are awesome - we have them a LOT! I sometimes use less eggs (3 instead of 6) for a more pancake-like consistency. I usually add Chia seeds just cuz. I usually drop some dried cranberries or raisins in as they are cooking - or chocolate chips for a very special treat. I occasionally leave out the milk (just makes more pancakey). I serve with powdered sugar mixed with cocoa or powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon. Really fun recipe to play with and enjoy!

Great Protein Packed alternative to regular pancakes! Instead of 6 whole eggs, I used 2 whole eggs and the Kirland brand Real Egg product in place of the rest. I also forgot to add the oil and I couldn't tell a difference, so I will skip that in the future. I chopped fresh fruit to top these thin pancakes and YUM! My 10yr. old wasn't openly embraces these, but she doesn't like change or to eat breakfast really, and she did eat them! My husband and I really liked them so we will be making them again!

These pancakes are delicious and filling. They are power packed with protein. My entire family loved them. They are good wrapped around turkey sausage or just with berries and powdered sugar. The texture is more like a crepe than a traditional pancake, but the coloring and taste are amazing! Will make this many more times.

Loved these pancakes, definitely getting more protein. Loved using the blender and pouring straight to the griddle.

We all enjoyed it. I doubled the vanilla extract and it was even better. Topped with sliced banana and powdered sugar, also with raspberries and powdered sugar. YUM!

So delicious. My kids refuse to eat cottage cheese or eggs, but they ate these up! Creamy texture. Loved them!

These were ok, a little sticky, and the consistency was more like eating egg than a pancake. Very healthy though! My family ate them ok, but I doubt I will make them again.
