INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
18 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons salt

DIRECTIONS
Pour butter into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, sour cream, onions and salt until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.

I added a cup each of diced ham and mixed shredded cheese. I also sprinkled a little cheese on top! Very good. Can add veggies, too!

Pretty good base, but kind of bland as described. I added 1/2 onion (minced), 1/2 lb bacon (crisped and crumbled), 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, and 1/2 cup shredded swiss. Eggs still lack something, so I'll probably add 2 Tablespoons parsley, and serve with Chipotle Tabasco.
