Golden Corn Casserole
SUBMITTED BY:
Marcia Braun
"Marcia Braun of Scott City, Kansas stir together corn bread mix, French onion dip and canned corn to make this super-moist side dish. 'It went over so well at Thanksgiving one year that it's now served at all our holiday gatherings,' she says with a smile."

Excellent! The only change I made was using light French Onion Dip. I will make this again.

I tried this version because of the dip instead of sour cream. We couldn't tell any difference. Of course its always a wonderful side dish for the holidays. I only used 1 egg. I still like adding some cheese and a little minced jalapeno the best.

This is a must for Thanksgiving dinner. Far exceeds ANY other corn casserol, the french onion dip gives it an awesome flavor while making it extremely moist. This casserol is our family tradition from my husbands side because I loved it so much I got the recipe and it is the only thing he really requires at Thanksgiving.
