I followed this recipe to a T and was pretty disappointed. There was so much liquid it overflowed, thank goodness I had it baking on a rack in a cookie sheet or my oven would have been a disaster. It looked beautiful coming out of the oven but the flavors of the coconut and peach just don't go together IMO. Hubby scraped off the top and just ate the peaches below and said that was good, so I'm giving it a few stars. Sorry, this one just didn't work for us.

Very good! I was skeptical about the flavor combinations but it was surprisingly good. The only thing was I didn't ahve almond extract so I used vanilla and I didn't have orange juice so I used orange zest and added water for the liquid. It overflowed the pie crust for the secong step so I had to bake it on a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet. That worked fine. I liked the crispy coconut crust!!
