Great for BBQs! Very tasty! I've made it without the bacon (for veggies) as well as with (I like it better with bacon but I'm a bacon lover!) If anyone can share tips on how to peel the potatoes easier,I would probably make this more often!

This is okay - rather bland. For my taste, it would have more bacon and more mustard. The apples give a fresh edge to potato salad.

This was so well received by the entire family! Sauce is so yummy. I skipped the onions to keep it pleasing for the younger ones. "medium" potatoes could be "large" especially if you use red russets. Definately a keeper! Thanks

I used far more vegetables to dressing than this recipe calls for, but the dressing itself was quite tasty and the apples were a nice touch. I also added fresh parsley.
