Creamy goat cheese is lightly dusted with pecans, honey, and rosemary. These are so delicious, light, and refreshing, they could be served as appetizers or an interesting dessert. Spread them on your favorite crostini, bagel chips, or melba toasts.

Tastes rich and crunchy, yet it's very quick and simple to prepare. Lovely with a nice glass of wine. Sometimes I make this for myself to eat with a salad.

Italian Cheese Balls

These are really, really good. A wonderful combination of cheese, pecans and bread crumbs. Egg is added to bind all the ingredients and then it 's shaped into balls and deep fried ... smothered in a tomato/cumin sauce and baked. Wow!

These sausage balls were a hit at our Christmas party this year. I accidentaly used low-fat cheese in the recipe and couldn't tell the difference. No frying necessary, they bake beautifully.
