Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Vanilla Banana Pops

  1. Blend bananas, almond milk, and honey together in a blender until smooth. Pour banana mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until firm, 8 hours to overnight. Run warm water over the mold to release ice pops.

  • The number of pops yielded depends on the size of of container used to freeze them.
  • These can be transformed to chocolate flavor by using almond chocolate milk and 2 tablespoons cocoa in place of vanilla almond milk.
  • You can substitute the sweetener of your choice for the honey.
