crushed crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex®)
cocoa powder, or more to taste
This worked perfectly. I did use cocoa flavoured GF crispy rice cereal instead of Chex and cocoa powder and sugar. It held up perfectly to my cheesecake. Thanks Johnnycakes for this great idea!
This was fantastic... First I never made pie crust period!!! Second .. I did what someone else mentioned ... Using equal parts rice flour and Red Mill All purpose ... My husband who is a re litany by proxy wheat free person gave me a high five !! Best quiche he ever had... And definetly the best crust ever!!
