These are just like the beets my mom makes and they are absolutely the tastiest way to prepare beets as a side dish. I could eat these every week because they are so delicious! Great recipe!

I didn't have any vinegar on hand so decided to try 2 Arby's Horsey Sauce packets for replacement since they contain vinegar, I also added just a tad extra sugar, they turned out great! (I used the calculator for 4 servings)

My husband LOVED these. Followed the recipe exactly. Not quite sweet enough for me. But I am not a huge beet fan unless they are pickled. Will make again for him though. Thank you!

This was the biggest holiday success this year. These were so delicious and any leftovers are equally wonderful warm or cold. The glazing from the leftovers tasted delicious with the leftover mashed potatoes, too!
