This was a quick, simple and very tasty recipe. I used real maple syrup instead of molasses and next time I will reduce the amount of olive oil to 1/3 cup, I think that 1/2 cup was a little too much for this dish. You can see on my picture how the corners of this salmon turned out nice and caramelized, just delicious!

My family loved this dish! I made adjustments to what ingrediants I had in the house. Substituted honey for molasses, 4 closed fresh minced garlic, and dried lemon peel. The flavor was fab! Our grill is very hot and was done after 3-4 minutes on each side.

eh. it was edible but not delicious. if i ever make it again, i will substitute honey for the molasses. it tasted fine on the cooked fish but not very good when you used it as a sauce. too...molassesy.

This was easy, fast, and delicious! The molasses makes it appealing to kids...my two-year-old loved it!
