This ws very goooood! I didn't have bread, so I used Panco Bread Crumbs (less than half a cup). I filled a cup of it and I just added a little at a time. Once I saw it looked a little dry, thqt was it. That was less than half a cup, maybe even a 1/4 cup. I added a little salt and pepper to the meat too. Other than that, I follwed the recipe exact and it was delicious!!

I usually don't follow a recipe exactly, then wonder why it wasn't what I expected. This time I made it just as written. I thought it was very bland, dry, and just not good. It looked good, though!

I have cooked this pretty much as the directions state. Although I do have picky eaters who HATE onions...I throw in some onion powder. Also, if you want a spin on a good summer time treat...prepare as this recipe states and patty into Hamburgers and throw on the grill. drizzle some glaze right before you take off the grill. WOW!

Delicious! I subbed 1 pkg (19oz) Johnsonville (R) Hot Italian Sausage for 1lb of the ground beef and baked in a muffin tin @ 375 for 30 min. Very moist & the sausage really added a nice depth of flavor. This recipe's a real keeper!

I made this as the recipe states and it is delicious. Next time I will tear the bread into smaller bits but otherwise I won't change a thing.

I used a TBS of balsamic instead of one of the TBS of lemon juice. Super good. But I LOVE balsamic vinegar. Also, I did not use bread to soak up the grease, I just dump it out of the pan when I put the glaze on for the last few minutes of baking.

This was great, I changed a few things. Used regular yellow mustard, 1 cup breadcrumbs instead of shredded bread and albs Ground turkey instead of beef for the sake of my health :-)

I've been making a very similiar recipe for years, but this one is even better. I wouldn't change a thing.
