This - has to be the best meatloaf recipe ever. It was absolutely delicious and it has to be that lemon in there that somehow - well - lets put it this way. My guy loved it so much he couldn't stop eating it and kept going back to nibble on it.. lol... and went out this week and bought hamburger for me to make more. He's addicted now for sure!

Delicious - really juicy and not dry at all. I altered the recipe to my liking with using breadcrumbs vs bread and using Onion Soup Mix instead of the chopped onion and bouillon cube. I also love Worcestershire and Season All, so I added a bit of that as well.

This meatloaf is one of the best I've had! The glaze is nice and sweet and really brings out the flavor of the meat. I like to add green pepper to the meat. I've nade this twice and it's always a hit.

I've made this recipe twice and loved it both times!! Even my brother who doesn't like meatloaf loved it! I did substitute the bread for 2/3 cup of bread crumbs plus added potatoes and carrots to cook along side it which soaked up any juices from the meatloaf - which wasn't much.

This a the best meatloaf recipe I've ever tried. We started making it for a church fundraiser dinner 5 years ago and make it every year. It is our best dinner fundraiser. The only thing we do differently is we put the bread slices in a food processor to make crumbs and use 1/4 cup = 1 slice.
